What is a senior rep team?

Traditionally, a senior rep program is a group of seniors that represent a certain photographer during their senior year. They help to recruit their friends to book senior sessions through the photographer and in doing so, earn incentives and discounts. 

What is the mission of AWP Senior Rep program?

The mission behind the AWP Senior Rep Program is to positively impact your school and community by sharpening your leadership skills, building close-knit relationships, and serving as examples to younger high school and middle school kids. In addition to that, as a member of the team you’ll participate in exclusive photo shoot opportunities that are not available to the public. Think of this as the most fun and unique extracurricular activity you’ve ever done!

What do you receive as a member of the AWP Senior Rep Team?

As a team member you’ll have access to a TON of team exclusive perks, including:
-fully styled group photoshoots 
-opportunities for more mini shoots throughout the year
-tons of swag (AKA-gifts from me!)
-a $100 gift voucher to use toward your portrait package
-for each booked referral you send my way, you’ll earn another $50 gift voucher to use toward your portrait package! But don’t worry, it’s not a requirement to send referrals.

Along the way, you’ll be practicing your leadership skills, giving back to your community and school, forging lifelong friendships and having an unforgettable experience in this program!

What does it cost to be on the AWP Senior Rep Team?

There is no fee required to submit an application. If selected as a member of the AWP Team, your initial investment is $300, which is the discounted cost (regularly $400) of your personal senior session. Before joining the Team, I’ll meet with you and your parents to go over the program details and sign the contract, at which point your team investment will be collected. While referrals are not a requirement of team members, they do give you the opportunity to earn additional gift vouchers for each booked referral. AND when your friends book their senior sessions, they’ll also receive a $50 gift voucher towards their portrait package! You'll be able to purchase digitals and prints/books/canvases with your credits. An average senior portrait purchase is $850-1200. 

How are the team members chosen?

AWP Team members will be chosen based on their answers to the questions on the application regarding their character, personality, and drive to make a difference.

Do I have to bring in referrals?

Absolutely not! The sole purpose of this program is not to bring in referrals but to set a positive example for others at your school, give back to your community, and be a part of something bigger your senior year. If you send in referrals you will absolutely be rewarded, but referrals are not a requirement of team members.

What other fun things will we be doing?

We will have a few group photoshoots, a spring mini session, and we’ll be meeting up throughout the year for fun social activities and get-togethers that will also allow us to grow our relationship together. It will be a blast! We may also take some road trips to epic destinations for some shoots!

What will the AWP Team do to make a difference in their schools?

Team members will be responsible for bringing positive attitudes and good character into their schools while uplifting and encouraging their classmates, and upholding the AWP Code of Ethics.

What is the AWP Code of Ethics?

The Code of Ethics is a set of guidelines that each of The AWP Team members must abide by. These guidelines are important because you are a representative of April Wetzig Photography, therefore your social media must remain positive and kind at all times. (foul language or bad behavior on social media)
